At Muleback, we proudly build upon a legacy that spans more than two decades of excellence in the technology industry. Muleback emerged as a forward-thinking outsourcing technology company, rooted in the rich heritage of our parent company, United System Integrators (USi). For over 25 years, USi has garnered extensive experience and has consistently been recognized as one of the top technology partners by customers and industry leaders alike.

1999: Foundation and Early Success

United System Integrators (USi) was established by our current CEO, Michael Shebelle, with a primary focus on systems maintenance and support. USi quickly distinguished itself by delivering unparalleled services to its clients.

2005: Strategic Expansion in Ethiopia

In response to the growing ICT infrastructure and professional service needs in Ethiopia, USi expanded its operations to include systems delivery and integration. The company began offering end-to-end enterprise solutions and business applications, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry.

2010: Regional and Global Growth

USi extended its reach beyond Ethiopia, providing services across the East African region, and evolving into a truly global company. This expansion was driven by the continuous acquisition of specialized skill sets, enabling USi to deliver innovative infrastructure projects and comprehensive enterprise solutions with success.

2015: Global partnership

USi achieved a significant milestone by becoming a certified Temenos implementation partner. The company began offering full-scale T24 implementation services, successfully executing several projects at leading financial institutions in Ethiopia and neighboring countries.

2020: Launch of the Inclusive Banking Suite

USi launched the Inclusive Banking Suite, a preconfigured solution designed to meet the standard requirements of Tier 4 Banks, Microfinance Institutions, Credit Unions, and Community Banks. This suite not only covered front-to-back office banking transactions but also provided flexibility for Microfinance institutions and small banks to leverage core banking features with enhanced adaptability

2024: Evolution to Muleback Technologies
